How it works?
Sign-up
The user can sign-up with e-mail, Facebook or Google account.
Localization GPS and destination
The application allocates the customer via GPS, sending the exact location of the pick-up to the data terminal. The customer has the option to introduce the destination to receive estimated price, time and distance of the service.
Taxi features
The user can choose any taxi requirement if available in the same app. These are customizable.
Assignation and tracking
The radio taxi central with the TAXITRONIC solution, Alfa 6, assigns the service automatically. The customer can constantly track the assigned vehicle: where it is located and how it approaches.
Feedback
The customer can rate his experience and add comments. All in the same APP.
History of services and favourites
In the section “Trips” the App keeps a record of realized services for each customer. It’s also possible to save the most frequented destinations in the section “Favourites”.
